Become a Member of the Wellness Dental Family
Your first appointment at Wellness Dental is an important one. During this visit, we’ll get to know one another to establish your expectations and determine all available options to help you achieve your desired goals. If you have any questions before your visit, please feel free to let us know, and we'll be happy to accommodate you as best we can.
When You First Arrive
Your initial visit is one where we’ll take extra time to get to know you, discuss your oral health background, including any existing medical concerns, and assist you with making your treatment affordable.
Your New Patient Paperwork
We will use your new patient forms and information gathered to establish a baseline about your oral health before your first dental exam. These records will always serve as a reference point to where you’ve been and where your smile is headed. You can complete it online or in person at our office. If you’re planning to fill out your forms at your new patient appointment, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early. Or save yourself some time and access your patient paperwork online.

Digital Imaging
Every new patient's dental exam will include digital imaging for diagnostic purposes as well as a baseline reference in the future. These digital images allow you to see things that are otherwise not so obvious. Your mouth, gums, and teeth will be carefully examined by your dentist. Your comprehensive examination will help you plan the care you require and truly need to stay healthy.
One-on-One Discussion
During your exam, our dentist will actively engage you in identifying needs, discussing your options, and co-planning any necessary care. You will understand every step of the care we suggest because we believe educated patients are better equipped to care for their smiles’ futures.
If any treatment is required, we commit to offering a highly personalized plan planning process. This plan will help you address any immediate issues and provide a roadmap for the success of your long-term oral health.
You Have the Final Say
You always have the final word regarding the care we provide. After all, it is your smile. Our care coordinators will help you with questions about your treatment plan, dental benefits coverage, payment plans, and other matters.
Armed with Confidence
If you need treatment, we’ll provide you with a copy of your care plan and a detailed estimate of the fees involved for your preferred treatments. Feel free to take it with you to discuss with your family or friends.
