Position summary

Wellness Dental are a group of family-owned private practices providing innovative and quality full-mouth rehabilitation to patients throughout Arizona.

Our practices are driven by a fee-for-service patient profile, void of PPO restrictive fee schedules, each averaging between 70-90 new patients per month seeking comprehensive treatment modalities. Each practice is equipped with the latest technology, including advanced 3D scan & print technology and a full-service, on-site lab technician to support our providers and patients alike.

All practices have a shared clinical and cultural philosophy, fostering collaboration between doctors on procedures, latest technology adoption, and clinical experience. Through quarterly off-site retreats, our doctors share experiences, discuss developments, and coordinate research around dental implant procedures and protocols.

Our approach is to build each practice around our providers by promoting heavily in our communities. There are several different opportunities throughout Arizona to call home depending on your individual desires.

Salary and Benefits

Our compensation package is robust and based on production. Benefits include complete coverage for group health insurance including malpractice and continuing education allowance. Are Prosthodontists average $35~60,000 per month depending on the number of days and scope of skill set.

Partnership opportunities are available for the right individuals starting at the 6-month vest period.
